Adv. Nachum Feinberg is one of the best-known and most respected employment law attorneys in Israel, having more than 45 years of experience in the field. In the 1970s, Adv. Feinberg joined forces with Menachem Goldberg (OBM), who would later serve as president of the National Labor Court. The partnership formed by the pair evolved into Israel’s premier law firm in the field of labor law.

Over the years, Adv. Feinberg has wisely formed a strong-minded team of partners, each of whom leads experienced legal teams in the handling of large cases, complex disputes and court representation.

Adv. Feinberg’s vast experience in all aspects of labor law – collective and individual – has been accumulated over the many years of his legal activity and through representation of an impressive list of the country’s major corporations.

Adv. Feinberg places great importance on continuing his regular appearances in the labor courts, despite his seniority and status. His imprint is to be found on many precedents that have emerged from the labor courts.

Adv. Feinberg is a regular participant in labor law forums. He also serves as an advisor on the setting of statutory employment policy by the Knesset, often participating in Knesset and ministerial committee discussions. In addition, he plays a part in decision-making by the boards of public companies, government companies and other statutory bodies. He is a former Chairman of the National Labor Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Feinberg lectures in various professional forums. He has written dozens of professional articles and is the author of the leading textbook ‘Labor Law’ which to date has been published in dozens of editions and remains the go-to source in the field. He also co-authored the book ‘Inheritance and Estate Law’ with the Hon. Justice Shaul Shohat and CPA Yehezkel Flumin.

Adv. Feinberg devotes time to the community too. He serves as a member of the Board of Governors of Shenkar College and Save a Child’s Heart Association, which provides medical assistance to children from developing countries. He is active in the “Push” Foundation, Tel Aviv Museum, the Guttman Museum, and the Association for the Promotion of Education in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
